This instrument allows individuals to identify their personality preferences. Versatility and applicability to all the fields where there is participation and interaction of human beings, as these preferences of personality are the ones that definitively mark our actions, attitudes and behaviors (leadership, conflict resolution, learning styles, communication, teamwork, etc.).

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator - MBTI® - is an instrument broadly used to help individuals to understand their own and others psychological preferences.
