Emotional intelligence

I.E.5® evaluation instrument basically measures five important factors that constitute Emotional Intelligence focused on the evaluation of Relational Efficiency as the base for an individual and collective improvement.

The 5 personality factors considered by the I.e.5® instrument are:

  • Empathy
  • Emotional Maturity
  • Sensibility Type
  • Warmth
  • Exteriorization

This measurement is obtained by answering 100 questions and the result allows us to have a measure in each factor and a global grade that is obtained by adding all the factors and that measures the Relational Efficiency Coefficient (R.E.C.). Its important to remember that every factor is subject to change and that the results registered are never permanent. On the contrary, they represent the working base.

For many years great importance has been granted to the rational-type intelligence (Intellectual Quotient - IQ), and therefore very qualified persons in the academic, scientific or research areas have been produced, but highly illiterate from the emotional point of view. Emotional illiterate individuals are those who, yet being very brilliant in their profession, tend to be egocentric, anxious, irritable, silent, troubled, pathologically apathetic and foreign to their social, familiar and professional environment. In spite of possessing a great intellectual potential they rarely manage to be outlined in their field and very few of them manage to be valued and effective leaders.
